The American Alarm headquarters in the Town of Newburgh provides 24 hour monitoring through our Central Station Service. Our facility houses specialized alarm signal receivers and automation software that allow our operators within the monitoring station to know what state your business’ alarm is in. Our operators are trained to look for any signs of trouble and will dispatch police and/or fire personnel to your location when the need arises. Our Central Office Monitoring and Receiving Station is monitored around the clock, 24 hours a day, seven days a week to make sure each and everyone of our commercial business customers receives the protection they deserve. Our professional operators all live and work in the Hudson Valley which gives them a unique understanding of our community.
