Central Station Service
Our state of the art computers are monitored around the clock, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week within our Central Office Monitoring and Receiving Station. Our facility, located in the Town of Newburgh, is home to specialized alarm signal receivers and automation software that allows our operators to supervise the condition of each system we monitor. Our trained operators know what type of condition your system is in and will dispatch police or fire personnel to your location as soon as the need arises.
When there is a problem, you will be speaking to one of our operators, someone that lives and works in the area. Our friendly, professional staff is here for you. This allows us to provide personalized service around the clock for the ultimate peace of mind.

Burglar Alarm Systems

Our alarms communicate to our monitoring station via cellular communicators which allows for very fast and secure alarm transmission to the monitoring station. You don’t even need phone service at your home for your alarm to be monitored.

- glass breakage sensors
The advanced lithium batteries in the sensors last 3-7 years depending on the sensor type and they are fully supervised. If there is a problem with a sensor your system will automatically know about it and alert you and the monitoring station.
In addition to burglar detection, our systems all offer home invasion protection. From panic buttons on your key fob to direct communication with our central monitoring station, you get added peace of mind knowing your family is protected in case an intruder invades your home.
